The Boathouse...

Set by the Lake with its own grounds; The Boathouse is surrounded by SSSI woodland, waterfalls and fields in a private location
away from the sound of cars and lights.

The lounge/diner has comfortable leather corner sofas, armchair, Sky freesat TV, Video, DVD and a dining suite for 6 people.

Sleeps up to 5 people in three bedrooms all with wash basins and views of the Lake:

One Double - One Twin – One Adult Bunk Bedroom (we do not recommend the use of the top bunk due to the proximity of the roof).

Clean fresh bed linen provided, along with extra blankets to keep you cosy.

Shower room – 2 Toilets – Washing Machine and Dryer

The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle and all manner of utensils.

Adjacent ‘Wet Dog’ storage room with toilet.

Electric Panel Heating is inclusive, though there is a winter supplement charge between September and May of £40.

Enclosed back lawn with hammock, garden table & chairs and washing line, also front patio area with picnic table and gas heater.

Gas BBQ available for hire £10.

No smoking in the boathouse.
